Joshua Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Abad Freddy “Tito” Tineo after he and Desiree Platas reportedly bought marijuana from Robinson. Robinson and Platas are said to have dumped Tineo's body near Bak Middle School of the Arts, where authorities found him at about 1 a.m. Nov. 22, 2015. Nearly a year later Platas and her brother Tyler Michael Brosnan Davis, who reportedly helped burn Platas' blood-stained car, were arrested for charges stemming from Tineo's killing. Authorities arrested Robinson in October 2018. Platas since has pleaded guilty to being an accessory after a homicide and arson. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
