Jose Chacon fatally shot his roommate, 41-year-old Alfonso Rodriguez, after Rodriguez reportedly taunted Chacon about a gun during an argument in the home they and six others were sharing while working a construction job. In January 2019 Chacon pleaded guilty to manslaughter and three counts of aggrevated assault and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
