Makayla Dennard, 15, died four days after she was shot by a passing vehicle while standing in the driveway of a home in the 1200 block of West 36th Street. Tiyone Samuels, Walter Brooms and Torrance Smith Jr. -- all of whom were teenagers at the time of the shooting -- face charges in Dennard's death.
